Heather (McIlroy) Whaley was born in Dallas, Texas, raised in and around the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Metroplex as well as SE Oklahoma. Heather is married to Rodney Whaley. Rodney is originally from West Texas (San Angelo and Midland) and has been with The Sherwin-Williams Company for 30+ years. Through Rodney, they have two children, Kody Whaley and Brandy Chism, and three grandchildren, Tyler, Kailee and Jacob. Their most recent addition to the family is 1½ year old Harley, a puppy they adopted from Operation Kindness in Carrollton, TX. Heather enjoys entertaining, cooking, reading, politics, and spending time with family.
Heather's eighteen year career is successful primarily due to her focus on exceeding company and customer expectations. The first seven years of her career were in the legal field, which included working as a Legal Secretary and a Deputy Clerk for the Denton County Clerks office. Prior to receiving her real estate license, Heather was a Human Resources & Facilities Manager in the music industry as well as The Sherwin-Williams Company.
Heather averages 4 million a year in real estate sales. Her passion is helping home buyers and sellers alleviate their anxieties during the real estate process. She ensures a hassle free experience by her extensive detail to contracts and negotiations and most importantly by LISTENING TO YOU.
